ReservationsTo reserve a room please call us at (518) 854-7375. You can also email us at tgc1234@verizon.net. If a room is available we will contact you. Reservations are guaranteed by the deposit of a $50 check. Cancellations will receive a full refund if they are made 7 days before. If the cancellation is made less that 7 days before there is no refund. If we receive no notice of a cancellation there is no refund. Fairchild House is closed from Jan. 1st to March 31st. It is open the rest of the year.

PoliciesCheck in is after 3pm, checkout by 11am. Guests who expect to arrive after 9pm should inform us so that suitable arrangements can be made. Required taxes will be added to your bill. Fairchild House is a non-smoking building.. We are unable to accomodate pets; however, there are nearby boarding facilities. Fairchild House reserves the right to charge its guests for damage done to the facilities during their stay.
